A positive product replacement experience!
I had an issue with a product that I purchased from a different .com company but was guaranteed through ShopWorldKitchen.com. After reading the bad online reviews I thought I was going to have a problem. Before contacting them I was loaded for bear. I took a screenshot of the year old invoice and a photo of the product needing to be replaced. I contacted ShopWorldKitchen.com via email from their contact us page. I also screenshot the email to prove they were notified on my product issue. I received a very quick reply from their Customer Care Center. A replacement was sent within a few days and was received today. It was packaged safely and professionally. I have no reason to worry about purchasing any of their product lines after experiencing first hand how professionally they handled my guaranteed replacement piece. Kudos to the ShopWorldKitchen.com Customer Care Team.
